Business enquiries
When you select “Submit enquiry”, your name, email, country or region, intended stage and quantity, and any optional company name or comments are sent to this website and stored in its hosted database. We use these details to review and respond to your wholesale or distribution request. A saved enquiry is not an accepted order and no payment is taken.
Only the authorised website owner can read or export enquiries through the administration page. Email or messaging notifications are not currently enabled. Your email address is provided so the team can contact you separately about your request.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are retained for purchasing follow-up for 180 days. Expired records are removed when the enquiry service or inbox is next used. To ask about access, correction or deletion, submit a business enquiry mentioning your previous receipt reference and contact email. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Reviewing and saving a draft
Reviewing your enquiry does not send it. “Save draft in this browser” stores it on your device until you clear the draft or this website’s browser data. “Download a copy” creates a file on your device. Avoid saving personal information on shared devices.
All enquiries are kept local while you review them; only selecting “Submit enquiry” sends them. Saving a draft alone does not submit it.
Information to avoid
Please do not enter payment details, identity documents, children’s personal details or health information. Company name and comments are optional.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with Workers and D1 storage. Technical connection information may be processed to deliver the service. For abuse prevention, the enquiry service uses a short-lived salted hash of the connection address; it does not store the raw address in enquiry records. Information may be processed outside your country.
Our page code includes no advertising trackers or analytics. Google Fonts requests do not include form entries. The public website is available without signing in. The enquiry administration page requires the authorised website owner to sign in.
